Making Your Life Pain-Free and Healthy with Josie Medema, a Fitness Model, and Influencer

Living pain-free and active is the ultimate health and fitness goal. Having a great shape or strong body isn’t always someone’s goal. Some people want to live actively and pain-free. People might be subjected to pain because of a prior injury or some other procedure done to them.

Josie Medema, majoring in kinesiology and nutrition at the University of Utah, can help people with this dilemma. She is currently a bodybuilder and has been one for almost a year. She also has five years of experience as a personal trainer for many clients. She has also modeled for many fitness companies because of her fantastic work ethic and bodybuilding abilities.

The first step towards making your life pain-free and active is to make your mind about it. Once you’ve done that, Josie can guide and help you towards a better life with a holistic approach to health and fitness. She combines her nutrition knowledge with her bodybuilding experience and fashions you with a personalized plan for diet and exercise.

Josie keeps the client’s lifestyle and routine in mind to plan a perfect regime for them. She considers the client’s daily activities and what they like and doesn’t like to eat or drink. She guides and helps them find the best way to achieve their health and fitness goals. This makes the clients more amiable and less reluctant to try new regimes because it contains things they already like and works around their schedule.

Josie herself follows her developed routine religiously. She has made many past mistakes but has learned and changed her regime quite a bit. She does the same with her clients and tweaks the routine a bit for everyone to set it to their schedule and preferences.

This way, the journey towards health and fitness becomes less dull and redundant, and more and more people get attracted to it. Josie believes in making everything your own and working with the client for the maximum effect of the diet and workout. This makes the client accept the changes well and makes it easier to implement them daily.

Making it your goal to live and pain-free and active life is your choice alone. Helping you through that journey is what Josie does, and she will let you know about all the hurdles which you may face. She is ready to help you out with your journey, are you?
