“Yoga for Flexibility”, Adriana Lee’s First Book Has Been a Success

Following your passion and working hard to achieve your goals brings a purpose to your life. And to be willing to fulfill your dreams despite every hardship is the key to success. Adriana Lee has set her priorities straight and stays consistent. She always believes in herself and her capabilities which makes her stand out.  With the recent launch of her own book “Yoga for Flexibility,” she inspires women to follow their dreams, be self-dependent, and never give up.

Adriana has always been motivated by writing and music and loves reading to learn new things. As she started her career in yoga training, she wanted to write a book and always dreamt about it. Yoga has been her driving force through tough times. It has kept her enthusiastic; therefore, she enjoys sharing her knowledge with others through her yoga classes, social media content, and her first-ever book, “Yoga for Flexibility.”

The book was launched in September 2022 and is available on Amazon. In just a few months, the book has received appreciation from the readers and has been a tremendous success. The book includes poses, sequences, and flexibility plans as Adriana wants to help people maintain mobility. The book also focuses on increasing flexibility and making people feel better and more confident about their bodies.

Adriana has a depth understanding of yoga and its different techniques, which she has tried to share in her book. The content in the book helps the readers practice yoga for pain relief, improve athletic performance, or enhance overall health conditions. The book is highly informative and has clear pictures for anyone who wants to practice yoga at home. The book has a 5-star rating on Amazon, making it worth the purchase, especially if you are a beginner.

The book has three main parts. The first part is Yoga 101, Pose for flexibility and find your flow. Designed to make it easily understandable for its readers, Yoga 101 allows readers to understand the basics of yoga, such as the role of breath and, most importantly, the purpose of warming up and cooling down. This part of the book also explains how the use of muscle plays a key role in deeper stretching.

In the second part, “Pose for flexibility,” there are 40 yoga poses mentioned with clear and detailed instructions, creative and helpful illustrations, and prop suggestions. In the last part, “Find your flow,” you will have 17 yoga sequences and eight flexibility plans.

Adriana’s book has guided many in achieving their mobility objectives, and people have found it extremely helpful. Adriana also intends to write her second book to level up the information for her readers in the coming years.
