Mo Shaikh wakes up before the sun rises and offers prayers before making a to-do list for the day in his mind. He then proceeds the day by hitting the gym and doing a high-intensity workout. He believes that ‘sweating during workout equals peeling off thick layers of dullness around you and dips you in positivity.’ Following his workout with a healthy breakfast, he heads to check on the employees of the various businesses he established in the last decade. This is just the beginning of a day in Mo Shaikh’s life.
Mo is a young and vibrant entrepreneur based in Texas, currently running three businesses that are leading in their respective industries. He started with cellular retail, grew it from one store to eight, and then invested in dog breeding, real estate, and a music production company. These investments may seem spontaneous, but for Mo, there is a prevalent reason behind each one of these.
One can say Mo’s investments were based on either dreams or obsession, depending on how they look at it. The cellular business, Cell ER, was the result of a childhood wish to own a business and make a fortune out of it. He had grown up seeing his poor parents breaking their backs all day around to provide for the family.
The idea of doing something big like opening a business that would dwarf all the major and minor constraints had been brewing inside him for years. He had to skip college, though, but he saw it as one little sacrifice in order to triumph on other battlefields of life. It all turned out to be worthwhile. Over the next five years of establishing Cell ER, Mo emerged as a serious force to be reckoned with.
Once he dove into entrepreneurship, Mo saw many of his dreams slowly coming true. He has always loved dogs and had once thought of investing in dog breeding, but financial constraints meant nothing could be done about it at the time. However, now that Mo had achieved financial freedom, he began actively seeking other investment options. And nothing could be a better investment than man’s best friend.
Hence, FrenchBabyBullz appeared on the landscape. The company soon came into the spotlight because of its breeding of unique and exotic bulldogs and providing the best adoption experience to Texans as well as others across the US. Being one of Mo’s primary businesses, FrenchBabyBullz houses a legion of adorable bulldogs. In case you visit their facility someday, here’s a word of caution: you won’t be able to leave without a dog!
The next on the list came real estate which, according to Mo, is a ‘heaven industry’ to invest in if you have the means. French Bulldog Builders came into being when Mo bought his first home. Since then, he’s passionately invested in real estate and currently owns three properties beside the two that are under construction.
We all have different kinds of obsessions, but a few of us tend to experience them to the fullest. Mo Shaikh, on the other hand, is a man whose entire life has been spent catering to his obsessions, and for the best. Because whether it’s running businesses, gyming or winning – Mo’s obsessions today are at the heart of his success.
