“Honoring my body is and for most of my life has been a top priority for me. Over the years, this has changed many times but the one thing that I can say has been consistent and most definitely has contributed to my success is my morning practice. It is waking up every morning and choosing to spend the first 30-minutes to 3 hours (on a good day) to fully be present with myself that has made a massive impact on how I can show up for others and therefore my success. “

Yoga

Studies have proven the effectiveness of yoga to enhance energy and focus while building a positive frame of mind if practiced first thing in the morning. Amanda is a former yoga instructor but still practices each day to reap the spiritual benefits of yoga as it helps boost body awareness.
