TEDx Speaker Peter Sage Shares the 4 Daily Habits Essential For Success

Peter Sage is a renowned speaker and coach. He is the author of the best-seller “The Inside Track: An Inspirational Guide to Conquering Adversity” which is a highly inspiring manual for dealing with hardships and facing challenges in life. It is commonly referred to as the magic pill that has helped thousands transform adversity into opportunity. This award winning book does not just consist of theories but provides the readers a complete toolset for life, demonstrated to work under hard and unique conditions. Peter hopes that through his books, social media content, lectures, and coaching workshops, people can transform and reinvent themselves, unleashing their potential for the greater good.

Peter also teaches his mentees how to cultivate good habits that may not provide instant gratification but are beneficial in the long run, whereas bad habits that provide instant gratification and no benefit but more harm in the longer run, must be removed from your life. It is very human-like to get suckered into making bad decisions rather than opting for good ones. Peter Shares 4 habits that can help you reach astounding heights of success.

Stop Seeking Instant Gratification

Life is a growth-centric experience and Peter advises his mentees to focus more on growth rather than comfort. You can never grow until you step out of your comfort zone, so the first habit you must adopt is to quit seeking instant gratification and rather focus on the excitement of the journey towards long-term goals.

Focus On Making Good Micro-Decisions

Life is made up of decisions; some are major and the rest are micro-decisions. Your days are mostly made of micro-decisions. According to Peter, focusing on making good or productive micro-decisions throughout the day (i.e. salad instead of fries) allows you to walk slowly and steadily towards your main goals and is a key habit you must cultivate.

Don’t Allow Your Emotions To Use You

Peter Sage shows his mentees how to not be led by their emotions but rather use them intelligently. Using your emotions in a directed way, without letting them consume you and your actions is an essential habit when it comes to self mastery. Knowing how to express rather than suppress emotions in a healthy way is key as long as you don’t get trapped in them.

Rituals Are The Key To Success

He further insists his mentees develop a good morning routine as rituals are the key to success. The morning is the perfect time to begin accomplishing your goals because as the day passes, your priorities shift leading you to become less productive. He advises his followers to work on the key and important things first thing in the morning to make sure it gets done. Peter uses his YouTube channel to help people transform their lives for the better and aid their personal development. You can get more insights from his Instagram page and learn a lot from the master of self-mastery himself.
