In a world and collective society like the one we live in, it is hard to stand up to the injustices and gossip surrounding it. It can be mentally and emotionally draining for a person to be constantly exposed to that amount of negativity. This is where Renee Ash comes in to save the day by advocating for people who can’t stand up for themselves.
Growing up in Calabasas, CA, in an interesting family set up of two moms and two step sisters, Renee has always communicated well with others. She started advocating for mental health and women’s empowerment after a public breakup and the scandals that followed it. She was so distraught by all the hate comments – even death threats – that it started taking a toll on her mental health.
She was brave enough to get the help she needed, and now she wants to extend her helping hand to people who might not find the courage to get help. Determined to voice her own opinions, she maintains that she is not what people make her out to be. She wants to stand out and represent women in the entertainment industry and make a name for herself.
She has recently started her podcast, “Srcly Not StarDuckers,” where she and two friends, Mari Aldrich and Jennie Pacelli, discuss topics pertaining to love, life, and success. It is a raw and honest podcast where Renee and her friends like to highlight their difficulties concerning their public image and the hostility towards them after their breakups.
Renee also discusses her fight with mental health issues and how she overcame them. She wants to help other people overcome their mental health issues and wants t everyone to know that she’s there to help. She wants to use her platform to raise her voice against public shaming of women who get into relationships with celebrities and find themselves in a difficult position after that relationship doesn’t work out.
Renee has established her image as a fun-loving and extra character who loves partying and having fun. She describes herself as messy and motivated and frequents lavish places throughout the US. She also loves partying, meeting new people, and spreading awareness for her numerous philanthropic activities and advocacy about female empowerment and mental health.
“I always try to remember that even when bad things happen, it’s just the universe making room for even better,” says Renee. She is adamant that whatever she thinks and focuses on will manifest for her. This is why she consistently embodies positive vibes, hopes for them to manifest, and always hopes for the best.
