Meet Jeremy Jenson, Content Creator, Podcast Host & Business Influencer Behind the Largest Privately Held Executive Search Firm in Houston

Life can be full of challenges. And life in the fast lane can tire people out. Usually, an exceptional individual can excel in a particular field. At the same time, most settle for mediocrity because it is not easy to be the best at what you do. Jeremy Jenson is a rare breed who refused to be confined by his options and carved his path to make a name for himself as a multi-talented business mogul and influencer.

Where he is today is far from where Jeremy began. His humble beginnings in a low-income, underprivileged community in Southwest Houston make his success unbelievable until you know the man. He learned to deal with difficulties early on from witnessing separation and struggles that plagued his childhood. But determined to write his story with his pen, Jeremy has become an inspiration for people who refuse to settle.

As an active pillar in the Houston community, Jeremy has made sure it is a name people know. He pursues multiple interests and quite fascinatingly excels at everything he does. His podcast “What Men Want” brings unfiltered insights from some of Houston’s most eligible bachelors. He’s a fabulous podcast host but has also appeared as a guest on the show since he’s on the list himself.

The show explores relationships and dating from the perspectives of Houstonians criticizing the tongue-in-cheek attitudes corroding the dating culture. The blunt and bold conversations on the podcast are insightful as they’re based on real experiences shared without any filters.

He is a frequent speaker and guest at events and social media platforms, where he shares his valuable takes on the fields of his interest. Jeremy is adored as a content creator. His creative aspirations allow others to learn from his life of incredible success and impressive growth despite the unfavorable odds.

With invaluable experience gained ever since Jeremy began a career in sales and undeterred will to push his limits, he decided to start Market Share Solutions in 2010. Jeremy built the lead generation firm up to $297,000 in revenue before pivoting and starting a Recruiting Firm in 2013.

Encore Search Partners is the largest privately held Executive Search firm in Houston, Texas. The firm focuses on recruiting Wealth Advisors, Attorneys, Engineers, and Corporate Executives nationwide. Jeremy aspires to take his business to incredible heights, investing heavily in leveraging data to lead the HR industry. He plans to scale by opening a new business unit every 18 months.

Jeremy is proud of his business, mainly because his success represents the success of others. He has become a reliable name in the Houston HR world known for empowering talented individuals and facilitating companies in finding qualified candidates. He believes in sharing success because it is the right way to grow.
