Khalila Lister’s Recipe for Success: Determination, Hard Work, and a Balanced Approach

As an entrepreneur, getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of building and growing a business is pretty common. But for Khalila Lister, public speaking coach and a serial entrepreneur, the key to success is a combination of determination, hard work, and a balanced approach. From being a Jewish party girl to a Muslim entrepreneur, she had come a long way with courage and resilient efforts. Her consistent approach leads her to become one of the most successful Muslim entrepreneurs who allows other women to speak up confidently.

She is a London-based entrepreneur who converted to Islam in 2007 when she was 19. With massive strength, she gave up her stage career by denying a multi-million dollar acting offer and embraced her new religion. Khalila attributes her success to a never-give-up attitude, a solid determination to succeed, and a willingness to put in the hard work required to reach her goals. She also fell in love with the world of entrepreneurship. She made a habit of continually studying and investing in her own self-development, which she believes has played a vital role in her success.

Determination and hard work

Determination is essential for an entrepreneur, as starting and growing a business requires a significant amount. Khalila understood the assignment of staying determined and worked tirelessly until she realized that’s not how she could get success. She understood the importance of taking care of oneself physically and mentally. Thus, she ensured to create habits that allow her to be fully present with her family and take time out for herself when she isn’t working. This helped her to stay motivated and prevent burnout.

Balanced approach

In addition, Khalila is known for being an action-taker. She follows the motto ‘work hard once’ and after planning and strategizing it’s time to take action. Repetition and consistency are key ingredients she uses as she goes further on her journey; this approach allows her to achieve success quickly and efficiently.

Self-development

In conclusion, Khalila’s recipe for success led her to be known as an international Muslim entrepreneur. She understands the importance of self-development, taking care of oneself, and taking action, which ultimately helped her succeed. She was resilient in facing challenges and had the drive to put in the necessary effort, but she also took care of her overall well-being by having a balance in life.
