Many people are stepping into the business world to fulfill their goals and objectives. The business industry allows people to attain financial, personal, and location freedom. It also helps people create generational wealth and increase their sources of income. Ludmila Padre Cardoso started her company Studio Le Maquillage to gain personal freedom and improve her quality of life.
In the state of Bahia, Brazil, Ludmila worked in the corporate finance sector. She earned her degree in economics from the State University of Southwest Bahia and a postgraduate degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She is certified by ANBIMA and has worked for over a decade in investment portfolios and huge banks in the financial markets. Her ambitious nature was evident from a young age – Ludmila wanted financial independence and was ready to fight for it.
In 2011, at the age of 30, she left her corporate job and traveled to England to learn English, which helped her connect with people worldwide. Her friends and family did not support her decision to leave the corporate sector, but she went on the adventure regardless of the fears that gripped her heart and the financial constraint. Her determination brought her to Cambridge, where she started learning English. In six months, she was fluent in the language and began networking with people around her.
Living in England gave her a whole other outlook on life and how people lived outside her home country of Brazil. After one year of this cross-cultural escapade, she returned to Brazil and started working in finance again to get out of the red. Dealing with ego-centric corporate people, work pressure, and a deficient standard of living, Ludmila sought better opportunities. Furthermore, the 2011 trip to England opened her eyes to extraordinary opportunities that could be seized if she was willing to work harder than ever.
At an eyebrow micropigmentation appointment, Ludmila found her inspiration when her micro-pigmentator told her about the classes she was giving out. Like a breath of fresh air, she found her way out of the corporate world and into the beauty industry. She studied market statistics as any economist would and discovered that the Brazilian Association of Personal Hygiene, Perfumery and Cosmetics Industry (ABIHPEC) had done a study worldwide. In that study, Brazil had the third largest aesthetics market, which has grown 500% in the last five years. This research paved the way for Ludmila to launch her company: Studio Le Maquillage.
Becoming an entrepreneur gave her the financial and personal freedom to spend time with herself and her family. Today she has a reference company and is an expert on treatment related to skin and pigmentation. She does consultation and coaching for beauticians who want to learn the art of micropigmentation and under-eye neutralization. She also teaches her course on Dark Circle Neutralization in English on the Hotmart Platform. She has over 23K followers on Instagram and regularly shares her client reviews on her TikTok account.
